Since my return, there's always Kalles Kaviar and Inlagd Sill in my fridge :
I'm hooked on it !
imagine I found it already when in Australia, in an IKEA near Brisbane, and
these big wheels of Leksands Knäckebröd too !
My grandchildren, stunned by Opa's (farfar) strange habit at breakfast time,
-together with my Nelson tea, nevertheless started to appreciate it.
Evenso, back on Belgian soil, these were the first things I bought in IKEA Ghent.
Imagine: here 1 pot of Sill costs only 1 €, whereas in AUS it costs 5 $ a pot !
Last night I watched "Fanny och Alexander' by Bergman, and it felt so familiar.
I've become to think that I'm a descendent of the Vikings, who late 9th & 10th
century 'visited' our costs. I have two nieces with red hair !
Is it a coïncidence that in Ostend casino from now on 'til september, runs the
musical Mamma Mia in it's original setting- 3rd location after NY and London !
(30.000 tickets are sold already ! an enormous success !)
Caviar, porridge --and sill with dill. Shoes off and Snustime..
And above all : IKEA and ABBA... and Wallenius of course.
These have become part of my credentials..
